CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION BY THE CUSTOMER

In case of cancellation, a penalty will be charged

• 30 days before the date of entry, no penalty will be applied.

• 30 to 3 days before, no penalty will be applied. .

• less than 2 days before, a penalty of 10% of the total amount will be applied.

There will be no refund if the customer voluntarily terminates the services before the end of his stay.

All events (parties, parties, birthdays, baby boom, ...) will not be accepted within the establishment without prior agreement.

In the event of non-compliance with our conditions, the owner may withdraw the entire deposit from the tenant. The event may be interrupted.

MODIFICATIONS BY THE COMPANY

If in case of force majeure or any other cause not attributable to the company, the accommodation cannot be occupied, the company will reimburse the full amount.

INDICATIONS RELATING TO ACCOMMODATION

​

The accommodation is forbidden to animals. 

Smoking is prohibited within the establishment. 

​

The maximum capacity within the villa is 6 people. 

The minimum number of nights is 5 during the stay. 

We do not do weekend rentals only.

A deposit check worth 1,000 euros will be requested after signing the rental contract.
