Remarks
 

The maximum capacity within the villa is 6 people. 

The minimum number of nights is 5 during the stay. 

We do not do weekend rentals only.
A deposit check worth 1,000 euros will be requested after signing the rental contract. 

Access to the accommodation is forbidden to animals. `

It is also forbidden to smoke within the establishment: non-smoking accommodation.

Events (parties, birthdays, baby boom, etc.) are not allowed within the establishment.
In the event of non-compliance with the regulations, we give ourselves the right to deduct the entire deposit and interrupt the event.
